what all did you guys order? i only ordered a BLUE Horkey shirt...no refund yet. not that it really matters at this point.

i had ordered the white horkey shirt, i had sent about 4-5 emails in the past
i apologize to anyone who fought a grizzly bear to make it to a computer. i appreciate the support.

No refund here, ordered both and emailed. Hope its forthcoming, this is just absurd, its been about 1/2 a year.

I got a refund too. I'm satisfied with this but still a little bitter and sad that i didn't get my print. But hey, at least i got my money back.
Keep pushing them until you get your money or your order too. There's no reason they won't refund you now.

And this was at the contact link at the bottom of the bigcartel main page that I used to file a complaint:

I included all of the details of my transaction and that Moon editions had not responded to any emails.

KNEEL, mind shooting me those email addys please...im still holding out for the shirt but obviously want my money back if that aint happening...ive emailed them a few times...i think that last one was just down right mean as i was not sober...i actually hope that all these refunds drive this company into the ground. yeah, that's pretty dick of me...but just imagine that they are actually still taking people's money for these shirts, while continuing to not respond to emails...

i held off contacting big cartel or paypal, partly cos i stupidly believed Brett's email, and partly cos of THC i figured they'd be good peoples too - but i have to say FUCKEM - they cant get everyone their order and now they cant even refund everyone they screwed outta money - hopefully Aaron won't deal with them again either.
