Sigur Ros St. Paul 13 Horkey Release Discussion 04/03/13
Yeah for real. I would love for someone to pick one up for me...I too will pay extra. Plus an extra $50 if anyone who reads this ends up with #27.

text from a buddy: "I've literally never seen anything like this. There are dozens of nerds waiting to get in with tubes."
Followed by: "I feel like I'm 15. Who drymounting gets to shows at door time?"

I *still* don't care for Gob.
Hahaha so true. We always arrive late. Here people are lining up for posters!

Apparently a small number were sold to people waiting in line to get in. My buddy watched 2 guys walk in, buy posters, then walk out. Such a shame. Sigur Ros is incredible, and I've still never had the chance to see them (Mississippi'd).

It will happen. Already knew it. TBH it is 100% their loss and stupidity. People will do anything for a few bucks, especially if it involves little to no work.

Well this makes up for the Graveyard experience.
They started selling posters at the door before the actual open doors time. Looks like most grabbed 2 or 3 and they were giving nice tubes too. $40

If anyone grabbed 2 or 3 and feels inclined to be generous, I'd gladly buy one from you.CleofusMcd3 wrote:Well this makes up for the Graveyard experience.

If not, flip your heart out.
I imagine only a small handful of people will be helped out. If someone is buying more than one, they either already are helping someone or plan on flipping it or bought an extra (although once seeing they are worth a few bucks might be more inclined to flip it anyway).
Sad but true. Like I said I won't hold my breath and will try for the few which will go up on P&T.
I will repeat anyone who ends up with #27 I will buy your print for 20% more than the going rate or buy one and trade with you if you don't care.

How many #27 prints do you have? Pretty cool idea. 27 has been my favorite number since I was in 6th grade.appletree wrote:I imagine only a small handful of people will be helped out. Out of the 20-30 prints I have (sad I don't know how many) I probably own like 8 or so #27s. Not all Horkey's. Only own 3 #27's of his work.
