If you own a flat file, or as I call it, a poster coffin, then your art is dead. Who wants to pay a small fortune for dead art?

thats like saying a shelf of books is a book coffin...just cause you can't read em all at once it doesn't mean you can't appreciate them, take another look now and then and be happy you own them.
Yeah..I really don't get the non display negativity of this hobby. It's no different than any other collectible hobby. I have tons of artwork and only so much space. Doesn't mean I don't still want to collect other pieces. I have lots of comic books and records. If I don't have them hanging on the walls or playing at all times am I collecting them wrong too?
I see a tremendous correlation between those perpetually depressed about missed drops and those with tens of thousands of dollars worth of art in flat files.

The more you try to buy, the more likely you are to miss and the more you miss the more often you're pissy about it. Not you specifically, just in general.
When stressed about getting a drop, just remember: it will decay into the same organic matter as inevitably as your rotting corpse no matter how much museum glass you put in front of it.

Didn't they say that the next vinyl would be announced very soon? Maybe, just maybe, Drive will finally be announced.

It'll be another show announced today. Which according to Mitch (i think) should be the third day of the "three big days for Mondo".
I doubt we'll see a Stout Drive until after the shows now :(
