I'm pretty familiar with Jason's stuff but don't recognize that one from anywhere. What does/do the notes say in the top right? If all else fails, might try contacting Jason directly with a shot of the image - might be able to shed insight...

It says "sketch for 8 ball tournament poster". I couldn't find it anywhere, maybe I will send him a message.
