Order of the Monarch #21 I am hoping Acedia may not be as desirable for flippers because of the larger edition sizes and mega print dimensions (41 x 24 in. for reg, 73 x 44 in. for Lg ).
It will sell out fast, no doubt, but may not generate the typical scrum of past Geddes drops. Add to that the aftermarket demand for Pale Memory which, while strong, has been weaker than I expected.

I hope you're right, but I don't think so. Pale Memory demand is low in part to its weak image (IMO), and size doesn't seem to matter on the aftermarket with APV. I think it'll be a brutal drop. Aftermarket is hot now on APV, but right after the drop you could pick one up for significantly less than you can now. I think the increased size and run will discourage some, and the inevitable undercutting will quickly follow (see Cluster/Pale Memory). Good luck to those who want one on their wall. I hope the internet goes out for the rest of you though.

This will go insta- drop. Pale Memory is small, and came out as whispers of Acedia were coming out. The men in pajamas put people off Cluster.
