Petallic Paper. A favorite over at Monolith. Beautiful, expensive stuff.
The White Van is from their El Camino album cover. It appears as if the van was attacked by horseshoe crabs and the Black Keys in cheshire cat form are playing music to make them stop. Very out there but pretty cool.jester wrote:Does this image hold meaning, or is it just a fun idea. An overturned car with 2 Cheshire esc looking spirit cats coming out of it. Does this have something to do with a Black Keys song. Thoughts ?
I love this print, great work MS!!

Love the Black Keys we go way back in oHIo, til the beginning, to now they have come up like they should/would.

This was in the mid 1990's and we have seperated ... I am still here in SE oHIo doing my thing, they are in Milan and Amsterdam doing their thing, so we've moved apart, but I'm not sure where to start out with them, we have gone our different paths, i do not have their contact information, and as we have diverged such in life and in life's journeys and dreams, we dream a different dream now and though I will always love them, we too have drifted apart, they no longer play hometown shows for 90 ppl with me running the nitrous tanks in the lot and with them backstage ... things changes, roses die, creme will always rise to the top and they are creme, the sky is the limit...sorry I can not help you in this point in time. I would love to kick it oldschool but those days like yesterday's snow is gone and has melted, and they will continue to make it happen whenever/wherever they are at. Much respect due, thanks for knowing and respecting me Black Keys I will never forget our time together and the memories we have shared...d
ps: thanks for all you have and continue to show me my brothers!!!!

Agreed, I am thrilled with mine. I was not planning on framing it for a long time but once I saw it out of my tube that plan was thrown out the windowalittle wrote:Got the regular version of this in the mail today...Wow, is all I can say. Looks 10x better in real life than it does in photos. Impressive work.
