Misplaced as in they know where it is and will get it delivered to you, or is it is M.I.A?

MY OG shipped out today. WooHoo! Now the inevitable maddening delay while it struggles to make its way to me from the U.K.

As in "drymounting sorry, dude. We'll call you when we find it." According to all tracking info they are in possession of it.

That is drymounting ridiculous but not surprised with USPS. Hope they find it.

First time I've ever had a problem with them. Unfortunately, it's the most I've ever paid for a print. :hanging:

Hello,

I hope this finds you well.

Thank you for your patience regarding the damaged prints. Hush has reprinted and they should be done in the middle of September, which means we should receive them in our gallery by the end of September. We will be shipping them flat, so it will take extra time to get them all out to you. I would like to have them all done by mid October, and at the latest the end of October. Please understand we have only so much man power and our priority is to get your prints to you in pristine condition.

Regarding the damaged prints: it would be best for us if you tore up your damaged print and sent us a picture of the torn up print. Please also verify which print was damaged, if not both. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Again, so sorry for the hassle. I also want to apologize for any lack of communication. It was not intentional, I have just been updated on the status and now have more info to provide for you :) Thanks again and speak soon.

Best,
Tova

A half a month to a month seems like a really long time to ship the replacements out. Even with limited man power, I feel like it should take them way less time than that.
