Make sure you have it enabled.

Click on 'Add or Remove Option' next to the 'Choose how you'd like to sell your item' banner.

Priority or Express. If low value, First Class should be alright. Priority and Express are track-able. First Class will generally be tracked within the US.

Right it will be tracked in US but once in Canada it is no longer scanned. So couldn't the buy say he never received it?

Yes. With First Class you take that chance. A lot of time you can find it on the native website. For example, via USPS I may only see it within the US but often if I go to the Canada Post site, I can see its travels in Canada.

Definitely Priority or Express. Keep in mind, $250+ transactions (including shipping charges) need online viewable signature confirmation for seller protection.

re: the new ebay layout. look for the "advanced" button after you start listing an item if you want to go back to the way it was. i like it better because it offers more options than the new "quickie" format. damned if i could figure out how to get best offer to work with the quickie version, but as soon as i found the advanced button i knew right where i was...

Just add Signature Confirmation to your shipment.

To view it online, you simply request a 'Proof of Delivery' via the website. You get an email with the signature image. This satisfies eBay's requirements.

Is anyone else having trouble shipping internationally from the US today via eBay and USPS? I've been trying all day with no luck. System seems to be not working.
