Sort of. I got an email from Tommy Good telling me that because I was in the UK mine was being sent out by Dark City Gallery. They refunded me the $12 postage charge but I don't think that I've had a notification from DCG.

Yes they do indeed , got mine on Saturday ...supurb ...
Black protective paper , even the tube itself is glossy black .
They included a neat little booklet and i realised they were only in Milton Keynes whis is about 40 mins away so i rang them to see if i could visit and had a nice 20 mins chat with the owner(?).... Lovely lady.
