lol. I think basically from the time they actually have the prints in-hand from D&L (or wherever) and ready to ship out, and the time the tube is actually accepted at the Austin Post Office, they set the order status to "Processing".

And a bit low on the feedback rating.
How a seller can get his buyers dissatisfied to the point of receiving at least a negative feedbacks each 13 transactions or so through 300+ transactions and still get people to buy expensive stuff from him is beyond me. He's obviously doing something wrong.
