Don't be silly. Doc Brown found a way to go back in time to when "Linsanity" was a relevant pop culture craze.

Ive been to a ULine factory and distribution center and they make and sell all kinds of tubes and a shitton of other products. They actually make really great tubes. But they also make some horrible ones too. It all depends on what the vendor/retailer buys from ULine. It shouldnt be ULine thats thrown under the bus, but the person who buys from ULine if they choose to be cheap and save themselves a couple of dollars. CLearly its worth the extra $$ when shipping art. Architectural prints can be dinged, mangled etc and it really doesnt matter. I work for an Architecture firm and see this every day. We use cheap ULine tubes but in our case the blueprints dont have to be mint, unlike fresh art.
So from what I gather PCC did buy the better tubes. I got a msg from PCC last week stating that prints are shipping on April 5th, 6th, and 10th. I'm keeping my fingers crossed still. I ordered a set and an uncut. Thats a lot of paper for one of those tubes. And I fret when receiving prints from other countries because I have never done this before. I'm surprised they didnt have them shipped in bulk to the states and have them distributed here. Seems like it would have been cheaper for all involved. Maybe so, maybe not. Its good to see someone got an AP in mint condition. That gives me hope.

Got the AP variant today. Newsprint, no damage. Paper was not taped for those who are curious. Tube was definitely good though. These are not the "shitty" U-Line ones.Super_Dank_Nugz wrote:AP triptych arrived today in Boston. Packed with newsprint, not craft paper, but no damage.
