The 20 000 leagues in the title is actually the distance they traveled in the sub and not the depth.

But only the distance they travel under water right?.........

Who knows? A league is measure of distance traveled, and not a measure of depth. I believe fathom is a measure of depth.

But a league is about 3 miles, so 60,000 miles under the sea. Which would put you about 52,000 miles out into space. Please don't check my math, I suck at math.

Both times I went to Disney World as a kid (3 years apart) it was shut down for construction, kills me to this day that I never rode it. Looked so cool even completely drained.
