Hey everyone, a ton of emails, texts, and PMS

I will be back in Miami tonight around 11pm.

I can do a web conference somehow with all of the members who are interseted tonight around midnight.

Does anyone know how to set something like this up? I will be at the MBW show early tomorrow morning. I have a good reputation with them as I have purchased some very expensive pieces.

Happy to help just trying to stay organzised. If anyone has an idea of how to do a web conference lets all do that tonight.

I do have WIFI on my flight, however i dont no how good it will be. I am in DC visiting my office

Thanks
Neil

Yes. I luckily haven't had a problem with them yet. They seem sturdy. I haven't looked to see how they are put together yet though. I always forget to look after I take the print out.
I ran into this not too long ago - hand-finish stuck to wax paper and dinged edges. I've been a customer since late '08 and I was basically told that I could have my money back. Then, responses where weeks in between. I resigned to framing it because I dig the image... Back in the day they were heavy duty and had no wax paper - why add it?? And to blame it on my leaving it in the tube for 2 months - is that really so unrealistic?

Piss Poor.

pretty unrealistic for a hand finished print, yes. Acrylic or oil paint cracks, chips, flakes etc rolling it at all is a risk much less letting it sit for that long in tension like that.

Asking for a refund 2 months after receiving a print? WTF.

I now own a flat-file, but up until a couple of months ago, I just added tubes to the stack of unopened... I didn't want to risk damaging them just to take them out. Failes, MBW's, DFACE, Obey, etc - does one without a flatfile just clear out a corner of my room to stack prints? It was either unopened or framed for me and I had tubes coming almost daily...

Yes, or put them in a box under your bed.

sans craft paper, not acid free..

Go for acid free glassine or acid free tissue.
