Anyone know how keyes handles damaged returns? Is it a scenario where you rip print and it's replaced with the same number. I got a nice low number only to open it with grave disappointment. I haven't had one in some time so I guess I was due.

That is how it worked for me; retrun the dameged print and coa and get the same number after he destroys the dameged one.

So bummed I missed out on this one... I was hoping to hang it across the room from Sowers.
I'll have to track one down on the secondary.

what's the extent of the damage?
Probably some shipping damage a crease that goes through entire print. Not huge about 3 in circle but it hits all the layers. Its nice I can keep my number 36 I already feel attached to it. Josh your the man :pint:

I hate to waste such a talented guys time. I hope he is not packing these up himself.

My last damaged Tube was a LTROI Quad, Blue MS and a Phish New Years Eve all in one tube folded completely in half. I couldn't even get the prints out of the tube. and Stout not only hooked me up but took care of the replacements.

Jsan,

Not a problem and no a waste of my time, its important that folks receive the quality of print they paid for.

Please email me with your paypal invoice and a photo of the damage, we will take it from there.

Cheers,
Josh

I took mine to the framer on Saturday along with a couple other prints (not Keyes). It will be a couple weeks, but I'll definitely share pictures when it's done.

This print is a steal @ $500! I cannot believe they aren't going for more. I guess the size of the print and tough economic times are keeping this one affordable.

If I wasn't able to grab this, I'd be grabbing one now. I can't imagine this not being a sought after piece once the last few flippers drop off.

Really amazing in person... Quickly jumped to the top of my framing list and will look awesome next to juxtaposition.

My ETA was tomorrow but showed Out for Delivery today. Yesterday he was here by 10am with a delivery intended for a neighbor; today when he actually has something for me on the truck he's 2 hours overdue.
