All gone! Thanks to everyone who grabbed one. Matt Pennachi is hard at work getting all your orders shipped out this week. Fun project and enjoy your print.

Got mine today as well. Nobody mentioned the triangle armor the tube was sent in I was pleasantly surprised to see the extra effort, especially when I saw that another tube was delivered today too with it's cap popped off but stuff inside the tube and taped over. The extra protection goes a long way IMO.

Got mine today too. Just wanted to add my appreciation for a fantastic print and excellent shipping. I have the GID variant, but it's not really showing up for me. Does it need to be exposed to light for a while to charge up?
Yep, hit it with a camera flash and it speeds it up.SurfingJeff wrote:Got mine today too. Just wanted to add my appreciation for a fantastic print and excellent shipping. I have the GID variant, but it's not really showing up for me. Does it need to be exposed to light for a while to charge up?

this is why im not into the GID yet...so i hang this on my wall, and want to see it glow, i have to bust out my camera??? oh, and make the whole room super dark?? no thanks. i had Rhys Cooper's GID From Dusk Till Dawn print and it had tons of glow fudge on it, but to see the GID well, you really had to hit it with LED lights (SCUBA lights) and a camera flash and then make sure the room was dark as fudge. i just think its a gimmick that doest translate well to actually framing the art....but, just my opinion, man.Cragars wrote:Yep, hit it with a camera flash and it speeds it up.SurfingJeff wrote:Got mine today too. SG i totally get what you are saying about how GID can be a gimmick. In my defense I guess it is just something I was obsessed with as a kid and still am today. I love GID and can't help myself to put it to some of my prints now. I collect a lot of Kaiju toys and if it glows in the dark, I almost can't resist. So know for me it's not a gimmick, just me getting to have fun with my very own GID product. It won't be the last but I'm sure at some point it will run its course on me. But all in all glad everyone has enjoyed the print and must thank Matt (cinemarat) Pennachi for the awesome shipping.southerngarden wrote:this is why im not into the GID yet...so i hang this on my wall, and want to see it glow, i have to bust out my camera??? oh, and make the whole room super dark?? no thanks. i had Rhys Cooper's GID From Dusk Till Dawn print and it had tons of glow fudge on it, but to see the GID well, you really had to hit it with LED lights (SCUBA lights) and a camera flash and then make sure the room was dark as fudge. i just think its a gimmick that doest translate well to actually framing the art....but, just my opinion, man.Cragars wrote:Yep, hit it with a camera flash and it speeds it up.SurfingJeff wrote:Got mine today too. Also the best way to charge GID is a black light. Thats how we got such a good picture of it. Black lights really make it Glow very bright.
