I wont be going for Frank, but will be a poster buddy if someone really needs it, kinda nervous being a poster buddy for someone at $285 but I will.
Also only PM if you are a older member or I know you. Not gonna be a buddy at this cost for someone I dont know.

I wasn't expecting more than 100 copies or so to be printed in the first place. So if that's what ends up online, I won't complain. I'll just be glad that 150 people already have a copy and won't be fighting for it when it goes up.

Oh, yeah. Well, never mind. Some of those people will be going for a second copy to sell at twice the price to pay for both and end up with a free one on the wall. So there's that.rubberneck wrote:You think so..dylansdad wrote:I wasn't expecting more than 100 copies or so to be printed in the first place. So if that's what ends up online, I won't complain. But at $299 shipped, this still isn't going to be picked up by the casual fan or the casual flipper.

Really? That and hearing that Han Solo shoots someone for no reason are why I have steadfastly refused to watch anything but Lucas' reissues.dirkadirka wrote:Blinking Ewoks...huh. I didn't realize that was such a big issue.

Im also really happy to hear they got rid of that silly yelling noise that Obi Wan made at the sandpeople and replaced it with a far superior uhh.. i got nothing. why the drymount did he change that?
Best quote ever about this (from Twitter):
@paulscheer Paul Scheer
"If George Lucas continues to change Star Wars at this rate in the year 2028 it will just become Spaceballs."
also
"The real reason why Darth Vader screams No in the new version of Return of the Jedi is b/c he just watched the Star Wars Trilogy on Blu-Ray"

Shows exactly how out of drymountin touch he really is....Moran wrote:Ewoks blinking.....Ive waited 28yrs for this..
He is perpetually consumed by these movies and creatively stunted to do anything else. It's like an obsessive compulsive illness really.
I watch the originals, the 'bonus extras' on the last dvd release to remember how it used to be.
Whats next, complete digital replacement of the actors on the next generation release...
