Exactly.
Who else at least gave a go at butting heads with ticketbastard?
No one... they had the knife on the throat, turned around and there was no backup.
I'm not saying they were forced to conform any more than selling out, and it doesn't suck to see it happen but...
Plenty of bands to rag on without fudge for cool history...
Eddie pisses off conservatives on a national level daily... what did you do today?
fudge... i'm not even a huge fan.

i don't think it's selling out. i think it's believing you're a god and that you can say whatever the f you want and people will care (and sadly, i'm sure there are those who actually hang on his words). if anything i think Pearl Jam went the opposite way and stopped writing hits after Versus and Vitalogy. i'm sure that had something to do with Vedder.Codeblue wrote:Everyone sells out eventually.
you're kidding me right? you think anyone in the government gives a fudge what Eddie Vedder has to say on a national level? i'd be shocked if anyone outside of Obama actually knows who he is.turnJBup wrote: Eddie pisses off conservatives on a national level daily... what did you do today?

I can agree with this
and to he drives a porsche? even if I had his type of cash I would not be driving a porsche
mmmm Beer
I feel the same. I'd jump on it for $60, but for $100 only if it were 3D lenticular.
Edit: On the other hand, if he includes handbills it would make it worth the price of admission. (Rootman, Peace Bird come to mind)
