hah! There have been actors rejected before because they've played other superheroes. I remember people wanted Jessica Alba or someone similar to play Wonder Woman and Joss Whedon wanted someone relatively new instead. Definitely not someone who had already played a different heroine. Anyway, after all those arguments and a bunch of script changes, he left the project.
like there is a shortage of six-packed douchebag actors in hollywood to play the role of the next comic book hero??
are there absolutely zero plans for the Avengers to ever meet the FF in the movieverse??

haha more like 3 or 4 times the price, look what happened with Kill Bill. Although, you were probably just using some hyperbole.
Show where these $150-$200 Kill Bill's are please...I have yet to come across one and would like one very much.

Different companies own the rights. So, yes - zero plans. If Marvel gets the movie rights back, they will reboot and not keep the same lame-o cast. Though I like Evans and think he looks really great as Cap in the previews (and buzz has been great).

Stout did a great job on this. Not sure how I feel about the variant coloring (or lack there of). Would love to see some actual pics of the print. The regular is fantastic.

Westley: You seem a decent fellow. I hate to die.

I prefer the more muted, faded look of the variant. Would like to see a few pics of the actual prints though.

a nice comparision of the regular (on the left) and variant (on the right) - I would love to see some pics of the actual prints too - but until then these will have to do.
my early view is the variant is the pick (with the shadowing and muted colour palette) - but i reckon i could be convinced on the regular too - nice and vibrant and looks like it will 'pop' off the page.
