Just got it for the Horkey, but looking forward to seeing all the prints in the flesh.

Will probably let go most of the other prints (and I am NOT looking to make a profit on them!), so if anyone wants a particular one, PM me and we can see if we can figure sth out (I'm located in Germany, but of course can ship anywhere).

I also did the math on these, by the way, and after I thought so much about what to add to my Horkey collection and what certain prints should be "worth" or not, giving this amount to a very good cause AND getting like 16 prints for it... well, that's the definition of a no brainer!

My first - and hopefully not my last - Sonnenzimmer. I really like the look of their stuff and am happy to see that they are part of this. I'm pretty excited to see what Sudyka has in store as well.

Oh yeah...then there is Aaron...and Jay...and Dan...

Here's all the images & info I've been able to find so far ...

Image

"Aaron Horkey "The Cache"
Inspired by Tooth Fairy Retribution Manifesto.
5 screens on French including 2 metallics on the insect."

Image

"SONNENZIMMER: “Chopstick Mountain”
Nadine Nakanishi & Nick Butcher
Chopstick Mountain is in Hua Hin (Thailand)
It is known for a monkey temple and a s0ft golden Buddha statue facing the ocean
looking towards the horizon. They also have beautiful rain forests and extensive bridges
to experience them. This ambient is what we wanted to recreate and capture in a fantastic
way. A space, where we could travel together, play with monkeys, enjoy walking in
tropical forests, guided by the presence of each other.

It's a seven color print, using muted 4-color process dithers and spot colors.
The drawing was made with a marker. On Cougar White, acid free paper.
Printed on an American Tempo in Chicago

"Ron Jasin:
This print came to be after listening to Jasons music for a few days straight...
4 screens, 4-color process print, printed on 150# Springhill Manila Tag

Image

Dan McCarthy: "The Light is a Threat"

Image

"Jeff Mueller: “He Makes Camp’’
SHIPPING NEWS has an old song with a the new title TAKE A DEEP BREATH,
I like it. The words in my print are the lyrics to a JUNE OF 44 song. We morphed a riff
written by KYLE CRABTREE in to a song that was played at Jason and Kristins
wedding... I appropriated the lyrics for this one night only performance.
3 plates, Mohawk White Superfine 80lb Eggshell, printed on a Vandercook Universal 1

Jay Ryan: "The Delicate"

"DAN MACADAM: “Cranes’’
Silkscreen print based on a photograph taken from a party boat in Hamburg,
on a very wet day. Outside the frame, the beer I just set on the rail has just been
knocked into the Elbe by a crazed poster artist from Leeds, while a punk band plays
on the fantail. The cone of the camera penetrates the small bubble of clatter,
and the noise soon dissipates in the mist and rain until the only sound is the hum
of the wind in the wires.
Printed on French Construction 100# Grout Gray, using six colors
including four shades of gray, on an M&R Saturn semi-auto press.
The best music can create a strong sense of being somewhere else,
and Jason's music has taken me many places. This is one of them.
