I looked throughout the faq and all that and didn't see anything about changing my username. I made the account a few years back and would prefer to keep it instead of making a new one but I was wondering if it is possible to change my username. if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. thanks.

I've tried several months ago to change my username. I had used my full name as my username. I contacted EB, but they told me I had to create a new one. Hopefully your outcome will be different.
