Made a donation, no pin displayed on profile

Hi, so I am pretty new to espresso bean, so I apologize if I am mistaken in some way.


Over the last couple months, there have been a couple prints I have purchased through EB. It felt right to make a donation considering how lucky I felt to come across such hard to find posters. Seemed like the right thing to do.


I donated about a week ago through paypal, nothing crazy, but a few dollars to help out. I haven't received the pin for my account to show that I have made a donation. Is there someone who can fix this?

I have noticed a few sellers that they won't consider selling anything to anyone who hasn't donated, which is understandable. That wasn't the reason I donated, but at the same time I have been ghosted by a few people, so there is some added incentive to display that pin.

Again I apologize, I am new to EB, but is there a way to fix this?
