Hello,

I want to ask tp more seasonal collector than I am, if it is possible ascertaining in which specific collections is an art print generally listed in collections (as per the picture attached, for general purpose only).
Is it possibile determining it if those collectors have not listed the item for sale?
Thanks in advance

What, why?

All you can know is what you can see. 37 people have this in their collection and 15 have it listed for sale. Now, do you know if these 15 are part of that 37? More than likely. However, I'm sure there are some that will not add it to their collection but list it for sale.

i've wanted to do this as well. "wake the sleeping monster"

with the right offer, someone could be harmlessly persuaded to part with it

exactly. Often thought of as a reverse ebay if you will.
pay via paypal, use credit card, file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.

No.

If an owner wanted to random PMs soliciting for their collection, they'll put the item up for sale or make their collection public. Otherwise it's private to prevent harassment.

I mean making your collection private and being able to see who doesn't have theirs set private per print are entirely different things

Still no. It just prevents harassment. It happens.

Don't worry. No way it would happen anyway. There's one duke working on dis site and he barely has time to keep the lights on.

The original question isn't even necessarily about collections marked private. It's natural to want that view, especially when there's a metric on display for any member to see. I've thought about it myself many times
