How can we register a new sale?
I realise two sell on eBay in France for the new drive of Laurent Durieux and nothing on EB…

It's above the picture of the poster "For sale or Trade".. not "item option" which is on the left..

On the phone:
For sale tab (circled in green). Enter the ebay number in the field circled in red. Hit “add auction” and make sure the info on the next screen is correct (in particular the edition, reg vs variant vs foil, etc). Hit submit or whatever it is.

Is there a way for regular members to add non-ebay auctions/private sale (yellow dot) or are those added by mods only? Is it better to simply add it as a personal sale (greenish dot), but add in the notes where that sale/auction took place? Thanks

You add the sale as normal (with notes or whatever), then in the entry corrections thread, ask the mods to change it to a private sale.
