I tried to update a For Sale tab for a print I sold on eBay a few weeks back and it did not work. I just tried again to explain to someone else how it works and it's still not working. Is this functionality broken right now?

The whole eBay integration seems down. Ebay listings are not showing on the frontpage either.

The team identified the problem causing this and hopes to have a fix ASAP. It's currently affecting alerts, adding auctions in art listings, and previously added recently sold items not being logged because they are being interpreted as "ended early" at $0.00 even though they sold for other prices.

Working now, but only auctions that have ended.

I've been able to add some, but others just don't work. Hit or miss for me.

At this point, if an eBay item sold and I still can't add the listing to the price history, should I consider entering it manually as a private sale or something? It wouldn't be a problem if these would stay somewhere forever, but we know they disappear for good after a while, so I'd rather register the info before it's too late. So many new highest recorded sale, I need to keep track of value!!! :)

These 2 are examples.. I can't add them. They would be highest recorded sales. I had another one at least that I'm forgetting..

Both say "already exists", which usually means some dummy added it to the wrong listing already. Not sure if dats the case here, but ya should be able to post in the entry corrections thread and get it fixed.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to run it by there and see if a mod can make the add and correction.
