Ebay alerts on my page

Hi, how does it come that, since few days, ebay alerts don't appear anymore on My page? I even tried to add few that are in my ISO list but nothing happen.

We are currently looking into an issue w/eBay auctions connecting properly to EB. It's affecting most but for some reason not all eBay items, which in turn affects alerts, adding auctions in art listings here, and previously added recently sold items not being logged because they are incorrectly being interpreted as "ended early" at $0.00. We want to get this fixed ASAP, of course, but not sure how long it will take.
