if a prints been flat for 11 years
rolled for 3 days to ship
typically pops flat pretty quick
some paper never goes back after long term storage, and even if, stored flat afterwards

this is not as bad as I had imagined. looks like it was in a 4" or larger and just needs some time to lay flat.

Definitely not a 4” tube.
It’s been between foam core for 3 weeks.
