Not sure if you'd want to try it but I did a reverse roll once with a print that clearly had spent it's 10 year existence tubed. Had only planned on a few weeks rolled like that but forgot about it for a few months. Pulled it out and it went perfectly flat, been flat ever since.

I would definitely work on it if it was going to the framer… but I’m not going to reverse roll it.
It’s between foam core for a few years.
