It was PayPal. I received a reply from him here at 4:45. Took detailed damage photos at time of delivery and he has them. So there's progress. I'll keep this updated here, though. Said he mailed it mint. I'd grade it at most a 4/10 since it can't be repaired, doesn't frame out, and the damage is distracting to the image. If it was usual thickness, maybe repairable and a 6/10. Has deep creases in two spots, corners and borders on bottom sides and corner, 10 or so perma-bends. Some kind of thin surface layer of dirt caked in in like 6 inch long swipes on the back and one shorter on the front border. That isn't coming out. I told him I could either ship it back like it was my own, which'll be different... or... I could hold it if the carrier needs it here. But neither before I get a refund. So I'll see if I get a reply to resolve.
