Seller states he added a sale for a poster but it wont show up. Can I add the sale to the history myself somehow? Thank you!

sure. as long as it accounts for the total cost (sale+shipping) then you're good. EB records sales no matter who reports them.

I have added the sale myself as instructed by the help section, and the seller says he added the sale. But the sale never gets actually added to the page for the print. Does anyone know what I can do here? The sale was for 3000$, so it would be nice to have it on the site. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Hmm not sure. When I go to the editor, there’s only one sale pending approval, and it’s for $950.Fallengod66 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 10:45 pmI have added the sale myself as instructed by the help section, and the seller says he added the sale. Duke needs to make sure one of em clicks the Save button me thinks.
P.S. If you add the sale as the buyer, you can mention that in the notes section.
