Can’t Access Old Account

Hi, I’m hoping someone will be able to help; I have an older ebeans account but it is associated with a now defunct email address. I remember my old username (‘johnboylaw’) but there’s no point requesting that my password be reset. Can someone please advise how I can access my old espresso beans account? Thank you.
