I have had a terrible experience with EB member Miller Time 04. I contacted a few sellers that had listed a Jay Ryan Rendez Vous 15 poster for sale
The EB member Miller Time 04 responded with the best price so I sent that person funds thru paypal friends & family over a week ago and now I get now response
when I send a text or private message thru EB. Wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on who I can contact or what I can do to try and get my money returned
Here is a link to the poster I was trying to purchase. Any help will be appreciated

Call paypal and tell them what's going on. Then never pay friends and family again. How do people keep falling for that?

A week is nothing.
But if he’s reading your messages, he should respond.

Millertime is a known scammer at this point - he won't respond. It's not an isolated incident, I'm sure Murdock could chime in on this.

Like xangelx said, I'd contact Paypal and explain that this guy led you to believe he'd actually sell you a print and took your money and ran with no further communication.

Last but not least... the all important 1st rule -> NEVER pay friend and family.

This is the guy that would contact an artist, tell them his wife had cancer, and try to get a print / special print to sell for "charity" right?

Or am I thinking of someone else?

I'm not sure it's him. There was someone that did that with Fairey, EMEK and another artist or two, and for some reason that username rings a bell. I'm not saying it was a scam, just that they would contact these artist to get something to resell

He had a dog that was stolen or something too?

I bought something from him. Took quite awhile to get it finally shipped but eventually did. I'm thinking like 3 weeks to a month. He did include 2 extra prints as a "sorry".
