Curious (in general, but also because I happened to be the buyer on it), why the last one of these that sold on eBay is listed as not counted?

I just got it today, is there an issue with it that I should be aware of/be on the lookout for?
It definitely was a nice price, though there were some last year that went for less or around the same amount, so want to make sure before I rate the seller.

Why ***(not counted)?
Not sure why this one isn’t counted. Usually, it isn’t counted when there is an issue with the print, if the print is framed, sold together with another print/bundle, etc.
Personally, I add a note explaining why when I add something that I think shouldn’t be counted.
