Hi guys can anyone help me?

Im going through a headache situation after selling a print on Ebay. I sold a Mondo print which was in mint condition and shipped the same way it came to me from Mondo in the big poster tube and rolled in kraft paper.

The buyer said it arrived damaged on the sides and corners, probably from being sloshed around in the tube while in transit Im assuming.

How do you guys safely package and ship prints to avoid unnecessary damage like this? Should I tape the ends of the kraft paper down so the print can't slide and hit against the end caps of the tube?
