Coupling all that with how at various points we've gotten entries that were pics of old, hard to track and check posters from decades prior. And beyond stickers - merch from concerts. Don't wanna call anybody out but I'm looking at a nalgene bottle submission ffs.

younevrknow's been doing the lord's work. :notworthy: I've scheduled myself to do some of it this weekend but it's definitely dedicated time.

This may be controversial and may not even be possible, but why have the approval process at all? Any reason why it can’t be more Wiki style? People can submit corrections if information is incorrect.
Quality control. If you saw the queue right now you'd understand....people do not read or follow instructions. Titles need to be entered a the way they are to prevent duplicates, yet 75%+ entries don't have correct title. Many don't select an artist, so if approved then later searching under that artist a user wouldn't find that piece and would resubmit a duplicate. Band fields are missing on gigposters. Edition sizes missing (added in later on new/timed releases, but on old numbered gigposters whoever submits knows the run size). Pictures are either bad or not cropped. Just some of the many reasons there will always be a queue.

Thanks. Good luck, I had to pause a few days ago when the image editor started acting up flipping images

I feel like more people need to have the ability to update the database. There’s clearly too much to do and not enough people to process it all. A lot of submitted art not added and a lot of corrections not updated. What’s the process to become a helper?

Accidently added a Pearl Jam Moline Il poster twice for sale because I didn't think it went through. Phone was being weird. I just need one to be approved. First time doing this, sorry.
