Paid for a print and dude ghosted me

Got scammed by a guy over a FarmAid print. Took my money and ghosted me. Is there anything I can do? Paid f&f through PayPal so I think I'm screwed getting my money back. Just throwing this out there.
Guy goes by Pmk89. Beware.

Exactly. I've done it a couple times with people I dealt with before but that is it. A few times I had sellers ask me for f&f and I told them I would gross up the payment to take care of the fees.
