Anyone fancy taking a go at updating the EB logo?

I suggest a modern update using the remaining elements. I removed most non-essential elements (JMO on what to remove. )

Perhaps replace the menu with a smartphone (or laptop?) including expressobean.com and the text on the newspaper...'poster prices, etc....'

Replace the spoon with something else or remove altogether?

Looks what appears to be the letters 'e' and 'b' on the coffee cup? Update that?

Animate the steam rising...forming 'EB' letters on the revised forum logo? Heh.

Remove color.

Here's a more imaginative one. Tried to keep it simple and clean. Classic colors. Poster tube and coffee imagery.

Hey, we can fill all that dead space at the top of the site with this one though?

I am no graphic designer of any sort but just from googling... I think using the current logo with a mash up of something like one of these could work as well. Not really my area of expertise, just trying to help out.
