I was instructed to post this inquiry here in the hope someone may explain why my last art submission delayed since October appears to have been utterly mishandled as none other over several years I've contributed to this site.

Regarding https://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/329948, I can understand the three other variations of this art listing being rejected IF they were properly entered in the multiple edition drop menu. What I still don’t understand is how the submission page has clearly been set up for “similar” items for such variations, yet “new art listing was not approved” makes no sense at all when I know there have been variations such as foil or autographed versions approved in the past with separate art as I labored to provide in this case.

Other than 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Edition in that drop menu, the ONLY distinctions from the 1st as of now is a production run change from 100 to 50 and the edition pricing, overlooking entirely even the edition variation text in each case distinguishing those foil and autographed versions from the original and each other. Not to mention each of the other three art variations shown below is entirely missing from its respective edition selection, making the listing's edition menu completely meaningless. To the extent I wonder why I should bother at all, especially since at least one other I submitted many months ago completely disappeared. Though I realize the backlog must be substantial for this October entry to publish finally in January, it's yet another reason I've actually not taken time to submit any more since.

If all my various art submissions are not still on hand for any reason I still have my files, of course, to clear this up please.

The way the approval queue works, only one art listing can be approved, and then variations (2nd edition, foil edition, etc.) must be manually added to the approved art listing. I wish it was easier, but it's just the way the site was set up and the way that it functions. So when adding an art entry w/variants, it's always best to submit as one entry, and leave all the details in the "Notes" field of the initial submission rather than submitting variants as their own new art entries. There are no outstanding submissions from you in the queue. Please post here what changes you'd like made on this art listing.
