Photo Missing On Item In Public Collection View

Hi There - One of the images for an item in my collection does not show itself when you look at the entire collection. When you click into the individual page of that item, it does have an image, so it is not that it is missing or anything. How does this get fixed? (See attached image) Thanks!

the site is running older code and there are some occasional bugs. instead of patching the many old problems we are focusing on an overall site redesign that hopefully will fix everything. please bare with us.
