Regarding the most recent submission of 13,999 (291552409613), well I contacted the seller and he said he has opened an "unpaid item case" which ends today. Apparently buyer was trying to be a smart ass and buy it for 99 cents but he accidentally went through the process with "buy it now".

(First edition was made in 2007 on different paper stock with slightly different ink colors.)

Originally a serigraph sold out edition released in 2013, I pulled the last of this unique flag print and hand embellished the piece.
There is only one of these with the full white border made within the AP set.
