Did Johns dragon die?

Rhaegal crashed landed, but survived. He appears in a shot or two in the 'next episode' preview.

Honestly I think last ep was the show mostly saying bye-bye to magic as any kind of plot driver. No more Night King, wights, or Melisandre. Pretty sure it's going to be back to the power-games themes of the show.

As for the Dragons, I'd go ahead and lay money on one or both of them not making it. You have to wonder how many of those scorpion crossbows Qyburn has been making.

Arya is still pretty damn magic. She alone could go kill Cersie like she was going to before she heard Jon was back in Winterfell. Also, show sucks.

Pretty sure that's what she did, how else did she blend into the sea of whitewalkers

It would be great if she gave an explanation of her master plan with cut scenes ala Scooby Doo.

Arya killing the Knight King was so lame and anti-climactic. It was literally the GoT Kylo kills Snoke moment. We have this evil, all-powerful villain that we've been dreading and fearing for seasons upon seasons and he's gone like poof!
Ya'll see the leprechaun say yaaaaaa!

What if to counter how easily Arya killed the Knight King she does go solo to kill Cersie, but Gregor doesn't fall for her glamour because of his living deadness and kills her just as easily?

Gotta have Hound vs. Mountain. Assume that the fight will show Hound clearly killing the Mountain, but he will suffer a fatal blow as well. Arya will mercy-kill the Hound as part of her "list" but also to signify the climax of their arc.

There does seem to be a Matilda/Leon a' la "The Professional" relationship there, however bastardized.

He is right that many people watch on small or poorly calibrated screens, but . . . I wasn't watching in a totally dark room, but I do have an OLED and couldn't see worth a crap either. I think all the shitty, compressed to hell, cable artifacts played a major role as well. I might try and watch again on a stream to see if it's any different, but that's why you'll have to pry my physical media from my cold, dead hands (#winter).

Also, I lol'd when my wife showed me this:
