Same fudge happened in a UFC fight and cycling race recently.

Well, the Mountain has his Achilles cut and is gut-stabbed...he's not going to survive his injuries. Wonder if Tyrion has an argument that Oberyn did kill the Mountain, just not yet.

Best part of tonights episode was Arya busting-up laughing when she heard about Lysa at the gates of the Eyrie.

I will never be mentally prepared for the things this show throws at me.
Good to see Sansa step up and bend the truth to save Littlefingers ass. Looks like she is also becoming a good student of the "Game" and gaining some control and power (which is not like Sansa) over her relationship with Littlefinger. Sophie Turner did a good job of playing Sansa in this episode. Looking forward to seeing how this story arc develops.
And Arya clearly wasn't to cut up about the news of her aunties passing. Or perhaps she is just going mad - and laughing at the fact that yet another member of her family has died
Looking forward to seeing how the remaining two episodes of the season play out.

Just wait till next week...
Next weeks episode looks to be the battle at the wall. It's directed by Neil Marshall, same guy that did the "Blackwater" episode form season 2. Have high hopes for it.
Last nights was great, probably would have been a season finale for most shows.

I know a majority of this story has been written or is being written as we speak, and I understand the reality of anyone can die, but at what point does the "kill the most likeable character" routine get old/unappealing in yals opinion? I have not read the books, but if by the end of this series we also lose Arya, Tyrion, and the Mother of Dragon I'm not sure how I would feel or if I could ever recommend it

The blood dripping from the ceiling in Gilly's bar/brothel was pretty great touch.

It was pretty spot on in terms of the trial by combat. Tyrion should've thrown up at the end of the episode, then it would have been perfect.
The whole fight gave me chills... It was so well done IMO.
