Garret Dillahunt From Fear The Walking Dead. I didn't see him in the credits. I see that Jerry Cantrell had a bit part as a cowboy, though.

When Bullock stops the mob from killing Hirst, he's a grizzly prospector who yells "I hope you die in the street like my daddy did."

Ah, thanks. Gonna watch it again cause there’s so much going on that one viewing for me isn’t enough to catch most things.

Definitely. And well worth the watch, I might add.

I almost think you'd have to. The movie is a direct continuation of what happened in the series and you won't understand all the relationships between characters and their histories if you hadn't watched the series first.

I think this was just about a fitting an ending as they could have come up with after so long an abscence and only having 1 movie length to tie things up. Maybe not on par with the highs of the previous seasons but definitely not a disappointment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Wonder how long it took them to get back into the speech cadence. So, long Al.

Lovely stuff. Glad to see the show saw some closure. Still one one the best shows HBO ever made imo.

SPOILER ALERT

Within 30 minutes I'd convinced myself that the new recruit at Al's would lead to revenge for the killing of fake-Trixie ... and while I can see her introduction was used to help bring those events back front and centre, it still seemed like an odd technique. It also seemed as though they only had McShane for a couple of days, and were unable to use him fully.

The world is definitely better for having a little more Deadwood, but it really needed some room to breath, and definitely needed more Al.

Very sad to hear about Milch's Alzheimer's diagnosis as well.
