So did Mike actually kill homie? If so, why is he willing to kill for Gus already?

He did. I mean there was a scene that showed it pretty clearly. And yeah, that was a pretty big turning point for Mike's character arc

I mean, this is the best show on television. No other show is doing character work at this level.

If ya say so. Scene was pretty fuggin dark. Just didn't see anything that made him "switch" to kill mode. Seemed incongruent.

He pulled a gun up and put a bullet in the back of his head... Unless you're thinking that was staged?

You could definitely see in his face that this was a watershed event, that there would be no turning back from. He was definitely conflicted. On one side was his committment to Fring and the honor that comes with owning your mistakes/issues. On the other was killing the German. I guess the honor/duty side won over.
So it goes...

I don't see Killing "ze German" as being incongruent. Mike said he would handle it and he knew if he didn't Gus was going to do the "ze Germans", Mike and possibly Mike's family. IMO he may have hated it, but he really didn't have a choice.

As for the "it's all good man" - he did say he would do his best to live up to the Mcgill name as an attorney, so get a new name - Saul Goodman

That reveal to Kim was as almost good as the one in Primal Fear.
