Hobbit = Warner Brothers

That's not going to happen.

I'm sure WB would love for it to happen, but it's not going to.

Do the production companies have a say in what can and can't be trailer-ed in theaters/before their flicks start? I assume yes, but that seems like a problem.

There are two sets of trailers before movies. Trailers that are attached to the film, and trailers that the theater puts in front. That's why theaters like Arclight only have 2-3 trailers (the ones attached for the film) and theaters like Regal will have 18-35 trailers.

It's going to be at a lot more than these. These are just the Regal locations. AMC and Carmike have also confirmed that they'll have locations with it as well.

Kind of a cool idea to show it on every single movie at the chosen theaters though. 88 seconds isn't very long, what are the odds of there not even being any footage?
