Climax and I trapped the devil are the best horror movies of 2019 and its not really that close. Looking forward to catching the wind this weekend. Going to try and catch Darlin'/Boar soon too.

Temper expectations, Sid Haig is a cameo and budget and plot are next to nothing apparently.

Now you'll enjoy it! :pint:

I'm seriously tempted to squeeze in the double bill myself. I love Devils but missed it on big screen. Saw Corpses on release.

3 From Hell is to Devil's Rejects as Conan the Destroyer is to Conan the Barbarian.

It had a few good moments but really I don't see why it needed to exist. Best way to describe it is take the Devils Rejects, sprinkle in some Natural Born Killers and From Dusk til Dawn and produce it for SyFy network.

Devil's Rejects was killer on the big screen and is probably one of my favorite slasher flicks of all time. That ending, Magnifico!
:pint:

Spoilerish: For a second I thought Rob was goin straight up From Dusk til Dawn and the little mexican town was gonna be full of werewolves or something which would've been drymounting amazing!

Yep.

The family with 2 school age kids in front of me seemed to enjoy it though. :hanging:

I have watched this movie called Scarecrows and I did not get the logic of killing people. Oh well, this is the reason why I prefer watching Asian horror movies.

Thinking about doing an all Found Footage 31 in 31. So far, the list is shaping up as follows. I'm using a pretty loose definition here, and this list pretty much includes stuff I own or that will be streaming in October.
What am I missing? Any suggestions or good additions?

Blair Witch and Blair Witch 2016
Cannibal Holocaust
Behind the Mask
Taking of Deborah Logan
Creep 1 and 2
Grave Encounters 1 and 2
REC 1 and 2
Afflicted
The Bay
Noroi
The Houses October Built
The Last Exorcism
The Conspiracy
Lake Mungo
Paranormal activity 1 and 3
Hell House LLC 1 and 3
Frankenstein's Army
Be My Cat
Ghostwatch
Searching
Butterfly Kisses
What We Do in Shadows
Savageland
Banshee Chapter
Descent Into Darkness

Oooh, forgot Trollhunter. Found footage needs more levity. And I still haven't seen The Den, so I may have to add them. I'm trying to mix in some old favorites to watch on weekdays when there's less time to devote sole attention to movies, and then balance that out with stuff I haven't seen before and some double bills for the weekend. Still need to get the fiancee on board for this; she's not nearly as big of a fan of the subgenera as I am.

I wasn't planning and didn't think I'd have time to stock up on horror movies this month but that's exactly what I've been finding myself doing. So far this is what I've been able to tackle:

-Final Destination
-Final Destination 2
-Final Destination 3
-The Final Destination
-Final Destination 5
-3 From Hell
-Insidious
-Insidious: Chapter 2
-Insidious: Chapter 3
-Insidious: The Last Key
-Dracula (1931)

Still on the list:
-Frankenstein (1931)
-The Mummy (1932)
-The Invisible Man (1933)
-The Bride of Frankenstein (1935)
-The Wolf Man (1941)
-Phantom of the Opera (1943)
-Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954)
-Nosferatu (1922)
