Actually curious about this one. There's some talented folks involved, and the premise is cool.

In other news, I've fallen asleep twice while trying to watch Conjuring 2. There's some great moments, and everything is beautifully shot, but I can tell when I don't care about a move when I start nitpicking logic and consistency while watching. Conjuring 2 has some maddening fridge logic.

Looking for a older classic to watch I never saw. Is hell raiser worth it or overrated? Worth a watch?

Be aware this was a British shot film on a low budget given some extra money to boost up effects scenes later on. It's great but don't expect NOES production values.

Score is great, acting is decent, American dubbing withstanding. Worth a watch for sure.

Did not realize Flanagan was behind this until a few minutes ago. RT score is decent too. Maybe shouldn't judge a "sequel" by its predecessor I guess. May have to go check it out.

Without his involvement, zero chance I watch this flick.

Sequel ain't bad either. 3 and so on obey the law of diminishing returns...

I always found 3 to be pretty entertaining, but after that, I agree.
