Vince is still in charge of booking both shows, according to Dave Meltzer. I had assumed Triple H was in charge of SD as it is light years better. Glad I am not going to Mania, I had def thought about it as I've never seen Taker live - but seeing him lose to Roman would surely make me kill myself on the spot.Creation88 wrote:Raw and that sorry excuse for a PPV are awful.
they wonder why they can't attract new viewers while they're showing up their champion to a senior citizen, clean. it's idiotic. can't wait for Vince to be gone. it's incredible how much better SD is.
RAW desperately needs to go back to 2 hours. everyone is over exposed and the shows just drag and now it's spilling over in to the PPV. Jinder vs. Cesaro and Rusev vs Big show? WTF was that? and dont' get me started on the horrible Steph segment with Foley. as long as the show revolves around the McMahons it will suck.

it's sad but true fact that Roman Reigns is the guy. he is the big drymounting thing. he is WWE's vision of the future. he is the next Cena.
WWE doesn't care if they continually shove him down everyone's throats and people are sick of him. he will continue to be pushed to the moon.

Go to a live event and hear the pop for Roman. He's more over than you think.

I've been to close to 10 in the past year... anytime he's made an appearance or shown on a video, it's a loud negative reaction.
these events have been in the NYC/NJ/Philly hot-bed of smarky fans but still, listen to any reaction he gets on TV/PPV. especially when they turn down the crowd audio on his entrances.

At the Rumble a few years ago in Philly, it was the loudest booing I've ever heard from any live event. Even on TV it's soooo noticeable how loud the boos are.
nuclear heat. I'd put money on it. but what do I know, I haven't been to any live events.chisoxfan2424 wrote:Ill see how the crowd his when he comes out tonight.

oh yeah - that was fun. even Rock coming out couldn't stop it.63schoeffling wrote:At the Rumble a few years ago in Philly, it was the loudest booing I've ever heard from any live event. Even on TV it's soooo noticeable how loud the boos are.

I agree. I'm more curious is Goldberg gets any heat. So far, people have really loved chanting along, but the internet seemed pissed that he squashed KO last night. I wonder if any of that carries over and results in some boos tonight.

Also went to Survivor Series here last November. Roman got booed every time he moved, it was insane. I think the actual moment where I decided he was the worst was when he was #30 in the Rumble this year. I said to my girfriend right before he came out, "Imagine if Roman is #30 and tosses Undertaker. That is the worst case scenario in all of sports entertainment."
Chicago might give him some, but for some reason people are behind him this time. I know he's leaving in a month (probably...hopefully) but I honestly didn't expect people to behind him this much. partially expecting Boofest 2.0 with Goldberg and Brock again at Mania.MJGallicchio wrote:I agree.
