I got one too, but my email stated I had until August 7th to ship it back or they would assume I was keeping it as is.nevadinova wrote:They sent me one, too...even though I made it quite clear to them that the only acceptable solution to me was a replacement.maddog76 wrote:Anyone get a label to ship back?
They just emailed me without me asking.

received a shipping label from them last week, sent the poster off in a new tube, and received confirmation today that it was delivered this morning. I just wrote a follow-up email to see when my credit card would show the refund.

credit card refunded full amount yesterday.
wow, what a cluster drymount. Sad to see all the sorrow everyone who bought from McFarlane has had to endure.
I'm guessing this will make the (hopefully) eventual 10C sale even more of a chaotic mess than it was going to be anyway.
(it hasn't happened yet has it? I've been outta the loop.) thanks.

Yeah, I'm an old man. Not purposely fukkin' with y'all. I read Maxx as Munk and ran out of my office to a dinner meeting. Now it's confirmed: I've reached insanity before I've reached 60!
Sorry for all the stir boys.

btw - it's not guaranteed that the poster will be shipped without any damages. Many of the AP Edition of the Berlin Poster which were sold from 10C were damaged because of the poster size.kj1nyr wrote:wow, what a cluster drymount. I received the Berlin s/n poster from 10club and it arrived safe & sound. Haven't heard of any problems of those receiving copies over @ the 10club board or here. There shouldn't be a problem with the poster size. 10club shipped them out in bigger tubes then their regular sized poster tubes.peerly wrote:btw - it's not guaranteed that the poster will be shipped without any damages.
