received a shipping label from them last week, sent the poster off in a new tube, and received confirmation today that it was delivered this morning. I just wrote a follow-up email to see when my credit card would show the refund.

btw - it's not guaranteed that the poster will be shipped without any damages. I received the Berlin s/n poster from 10club and it arrived safe & sound. Haven't heard of any problems of those receiving copies over @ the 10club board or here.
