I got a note on the 3rd that it would go out that week. Communication has been good so far, I sent a follow up so hopefully I hear back soon.

Nothing yet, but I sent the pic of the print cut in half on Monday, so not expecting it for a few days. Communication has been good here as well.

The prints should be to their owners, or very close.

As stated to each owner, the tubes I ordered were very thin and the last thing I wanted was for these prints to be damaged again. So I worked up some heavy duty tubes, never realized buying single tubes was that hard. Again, sorry to everyone for the issues with this run. The next run I have in mind will be larger, and I am going straight to tubes.

If I ever ship flat again, I am going to wrap the print in glassine, artists tape the glassine wrap to gatorboard, and then place into a bookfold. From what I have read each one of these seems to be standard. I am very open to suggestions, if anyone has better ideas.

Flat is not a bad option. I prefer it for smaller prints (and of course those on very thick stock that would be affected by rolling). Similar to the procedure that you mentioned, glassine sandwiched between gatorboard sandwiched between cardboard typically works pretty well. Uline also has some nice flat boxes that can accommodate a couple of pieces of foamcore/gatorboard pretty nicely.

Mine arrived yesterday. Opened it today, and it arrived in minty fresh condition. The tube was VERY strong and VERY wide.

Replacement arrived in absolute mint condition thanks to a crazy thick/wide tube, and solid packing. Curious though if Martin was boozing when he signed these, cuz my print is numbered out of 20...

Very Happy to hear all of the prints made it there. I think I am going to stick with those tubes from here on out.

There was two prints that were ?/20, which was weird. The other print is still here as I can't get in touch with the owner. Once I brought up the idea of tearing the original and sending a pic, I haven't heard anything back. Wonder if they were trying to get an extra print to flip?

Still have mine. It isn't going anywhere - what a beaut - and the light creasing action flattened out nicely.

While it's not at the top of the framing queue, I do think it will eventually be framed and displayed.
