My situation isn't the same I don't think, when I bought that fundraiser set it was random what posters we would get. Did you know 100% it would be Star Wars? I didn't.

What exactly is the issue here? Gonzo bought a set direct from the artist and a set from Mondo later on. Where is it written you cannot do both?
In neither case is someone else actually being hit with a mark-up. Sure, the odds of getting a set decrease but that is the nature of the game.
What a purchaser does afterwards with them is certainly up for discussion (trade bait vs flip) but even then that's all part of this hobby

pay via paypal, use credit card,file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.
